(10) Delivery

All deliveries are usually made between 7 and 10 working days from the date the order is received. All deliveries are made by UPS.

(11) Returns and Cancelation

We will replace or where appropriate repair any goods that fail within 12 calendar months of delivery by reason of faulty materials or workmanship, provided that you notify us within a reasonable period of the failure. In all cases remedies offered by us shall not affect your statutory rights or our responsibilities under the Sale of Goods Act.

(12) Unwanted goods

If you decide for any reason you no longer want the goods purchased, you can return them within 30 (thirty) days in their original packaging and unused. We will then give you a full refund, minus the cost of returning the goods to us.
