How do I make an order?
You can make an order through any of the stores that stock Penrose ProductsTM, these can be found on the store locator page. Alternatively you can make an order on our products page, just fill in the order form and a member of our team will ring you back to finalise the order and take payment.
How do I pay?
Simply fill in the order form and one of our team will ring you to take payment for your items.
What payment do you accept?
We accept payments using; Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Bank Transfer. Other stores stocking Penrose ProductsTM may vary.
How do I use promotional codes?
Upon making an order with us, quote the reference code and we will apply this to your order and discount the necessary amount.

You can track your items once they have been dispatched using the reference code in the confirmation email. You will receive this once your order has been placed. Use the parcel tracker on our site and input the code you have received. This will inform you of the whereabouts of your order.

What is the returns policy?
Returns policy
We will replace or where appropriate repair any goods that fall within 12 calendar months of delivery by reason of faulty materials or workmanship, provided that you notify us within a reasonable period of the failure. In all cases solutions offered by us shall not affect your statutory rights or our responsibilities under the Sale of Goods Act.
Goods no longer wanted
If you decide for any reason you no longer want the goods purchased, you can return them within 30 days unused and in their original packaging. We will then give you a full refund, minus the cost of returning the goods to us. Alternatively you can arrange for the goods to be returned yourselves. Our address is:
