Delivery and Ordering
Wool bedding from Penrose Products is delivered free of charge to a UK mainland address by Parcel Force. For Europe, delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20 and is calculated automatically when adding your address into our shopping basket. Parcel Force are highly recognised for their carbon neutral delivery service and uphold the same reduce, re-use, recycle incentive that we also employ. Deliveries are usually made between 7 and 10 working days from the date the order is received. The majority of our deliveries will arrive between 8am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. Please note, our delivery is free, however orders being sent to addresses outside of the UK may be subject to custom charges and import taxes.
Online Payment
When placing an order, you will be asked to register and provide your personal or company details. All prices are quoted in UK Sterling and the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges. Our checkout process is quick and easy and will only take a few minutes. We take all reasonable care to make our site secure and your details are entered on a secure area of the payment providers website. No card or payment details are stored by Penrose Products at any time. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express, Solo and Maestro.
Payments on our online shop, whether paying by debit card, credit card or PayPal account, are processed by PayPal. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without storing your sensitive financial information in our website or shopping basket. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or bank directly, or through your PayPal account and your payment details are never shared on the internet.
