Each duvet is handcrafted with the love, passion and years of experience, catering for all manner of bed types, including round ended island beds and corner cut fixed beds. We are happy to work to your unique measurements, or based on standard sizing, which is selectable above.
Our range of luxuriously soft alpaca duvets are encased in our organically certified fabric, all lovingly handmade in Nottinghamshire. When asked what a duvet made from alpaca is like, we explain it is like no other and is the only all season duvet. Alpaca wool offers a balance between support and comfort. We fill them with only 100% alpaca fibre that has been processed in the UK, and it is this that works with your internal thermostat to keep you at a comfortable temperature all night. Alpaca fibre is naturally anti-allergenic. The cool, dry environment created with the use of such a fibre makes it difficult for dust mites to live and breed. Dust mite droppings trigger a high proportion of allergies like Asthma. Alpaca wool is naturally anti-allergenic and is the perfect choice for those who suffer such allergies. We are supporters of the British rural economy and only use natural materials sourced within the UK. We use fibre collected from British Alpacas and couple it with a organic cotton cover that is uniquely hand stitched to allow maximum air flow.

This Camper & Caravan Organic Alpaca Wool Duvet by Penrose Products is Vegetarian Society approved. No animals are harmed in the making of any of our alpaca wool products. Alpacas are not killed for their fur or meat and they are not at all harmed come shearing time. The wool is collected only once a year, and is easier to collect than that of a sheep. Great care is taken so as not to distress the animal or damage the fleece. The Vegetarian Society seeding symbol is the only legally registered trademark for vegetarian accreditation. No other vegetarian trademark can give consumers such reassurance and inspire such trust.
